Learn to relax and energize with yoga! You’ve heard so much about yoga, you know it’s supposed to be great for you-make you fit, flexible, focused and obliterate stress. But you don’t know where to begin. Here is your chance… It all begins with the breath… Learn yogic forms of breathing, practice the foundation of yoga postures (asanas) and how to adapt them to your own abilities and needs. Develop body awareness, proper alignment of poses, build strength and flexibility and learn how to sequence breath and movements together.

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm Level 1
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm Level 2 (yoga practice of at least 1 year required)
Wednesdays 5:30 pm beginners class
